Michael focuses his practice on corporate healthcare transactional and regulatory work with an emphasis on digital health, telehealth, privacy and security matters, healthcare IT, and fraud and abuse.

Michael has experience in counseling telehealth, digital health, and technology companies on federal and state telemedicine regulations, state licensure and medical malpractice requirements, reimbursement, online prescribing, corporate practice of medicine, HIPAA, and developing and negotiating service agreements. Michael also advises clients regarding the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, fraud and abuse laws, and state licensure laws.
