o15 Capital Partners has announced the close of its inaugural fund.
The fund, o15 Emerging America Credit Opportunities Fund, closed at approximately $370 million.
o15, founded in 2022 and based in Atlanta, seeks to invest in private credit and equity tranches of lower middle market companies in the United States. The firm typically makes $10 million to $40 million investments in companies operating within healthcare and a few other industries.
