Ashley is a member of the firm’s nationally recognized Government Investigations & White Collar Litigation department. Ashley represents clients in commercial litigation matters as well as corporate clients and their executives in civil enforcement matters, criminal investigations, and government and internal investigations, including investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
