With experience on all sides of municipal transactions, Lisa brings a holistic perspective to her clients on complex matters. Her practice includes private activity bond and related financings for life care communities, educational institutions (including independent schools and charter schools), colleges and universities, hospitals and healthcare centers and a variety of other nonprofits. She is also experienced in state and local governmental bond financings of all credit types, from state level transportation financings to energy equipment leases.
